Flight Instructors carry one of the most important responsibilities in aviation—training the pilots of tomorrow. Yet, across the industry, instructors may face professional challenges that affect their *career growth, financial security, professional dignity, and ability to move forward in their careers.
The *Flight Instructor Association (FIA)* aims to provide a professional platform to bring these concerns into constructive discussion and work towards fair, transparent, and professional practices.

Responsible for the development of the FIA annual conference. This includes content and speaker selection and programming.
Responsible for developing programs and systems which will assist member flight instructors to develop pilots who seek a career as an airline pilot

Responsible for monitoring and providing guidance on governmental and FTO issues that can or will impact flight instructors.
Responsible for developing programs intended to develop sustainable relationships with flight schools and the Government Authorities

Responsible for developing programs that will benefit flight instructors for upcoming futuristic aviation.

FIA recognises the importance of FTOs and their management in maintaining safe and efficient flight-training operations. At the same time, *Flight Instructors deserve fair treatment, professional dignity, transparency, and reasonable career mobility.*
